Privacy Policy & End User Agreement

Approval of the User: A user may accept this Agreement by clicking “Accept / I Agree” on the Eventz One website or mobile application. Acceptance creates a legally binding Agreement between the user and Eventz One Productions (Pvt) Ltd, effective from the moment of acceptance.

This document sets forth the complete terms and conditions governing your relationship with Eventz One Productions.

1. Preamble

(a) This End User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered between you (the “Customer” / “User”) and Eventz One Productions (Pvt) Ltd, a company registered under the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007 (Reg No: PV 00342346) having its registered office at No. 31/5A, D.M Colombage Mawatha, Nawala, Nugegoda, Sri Lanka.

(b) Eventz One Productions (Pvt) Ltd is engaged in planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing entertainment events.

(c) The official website of the Company is https://www.eventzone.lk. References to “the Company” or “the Website” herein shall include the said domain and its online platforms.

(d) By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms contained in this Agreement and related policies.

(e) Eventz One Productions may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on the website. The revised version becomes effective upon publication.

2. Term

The Agreement becomes effective upon user acceptance and remains in force until terminated by either party.

3. Use of the Website

  • Information provided during registration or booking must be accurate and current.
  • Submitting false or misleading information may result in account termination and denial of access.
  • Misuse, hacking, uploading of malicious code, or unauthorized use of content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Ticket Purchase and Payment Policy

All tickets purchased through our website are subject to the following terms:

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Tickets may not be resold for profit or transferred except to immediate family or friends.
  • Eventz One Productions reserves the right to cancel tickets obtained fraudulently or through unauthorized channels.
  • Customers must present valid proof of purchase and ID for entry. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
  • Eventz One acts as a ticketing platform and is not responsible for event quality or organization.

5. Ticket Usage Policy

  • Entry restrictions (age, dress code, etc.) must be observed by all customers.
  • Re-entry may not be permitted once you leave the venue. Wristbands, where issued, must be worn at all times.
  • Prohibited items include food, drinks, cameras, and hazardous materials unless authorised.
  • Harassment, misconduct, or illegal behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund.
  • Eventz One, organisers, and venue management accept no liability for loss, injury, or damage to personal property.

6. Attendance at the Event

Customers are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals or ejections for any reason do not qualify for refunds. By attending, you consent to photography, filming, and use of such material for promotional purposes.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available only if the event is cancelled or postponed.
  • Requests must be submitted in writing to the event organiser; Eventz One Productions does not process refunds directly.
  • Minor performance or lineup changes are not valid grounds for refunds.

8. Your Information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details. Eventz One Productions will not be held liable for missed communications caused by outdated or incorrect information.

9. Fees and Charges

Use of https://www.eventzone.lk requires internet access. You are responsible for all applicable network, service-provider, and transaction fees.

10. Limitation of Liability

Eventz One Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, system errors, or third-party actions.

11. Privacy

Eventz One Productions collects limited personal and transactional information solely to enhance your experience. All data is handled securely in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.

12. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Eventz One disclaims all warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free performance and will not be responsible for indirect or incidental damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eventz One Productions, its directors, employees, and partners against all losses or claims arising from misuse of services or violation of this Agreement.

14. Miscellaneous

  • Force Majeure: Eventz One Productions shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, or network outages.
  • Amendments: We may revise this Agreement at any time by publishing an updated version. Continued use signifies acceptance.
  • Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombo.
  • Security: Both parties agree to adhere to all applicable security standards and procedures.
